Role Description

The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the branch location. This role includes supervising staff, managing customer flow, and ensuring that valuation and transaction processes follow company standards and compliance guidelines. The Site Supervisor coordinates with the central office, monitors inventory of precious metals and related documentation, and ensures accurate record-keeping and reporting. The position also involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, maintaining a safe and professional environment, and supporting sales targets through efficient service delivery. The Site Supervisor is expected to lead by example, uphold transparency and integrity in all dealings, and contribute to continuous improvement of site operations.


Qualifications

  • Experience in site or branch supervision, operations management, or retail/store leadership, preferably in financial services, jewelry, or precious metals.
  • Ensure work is executed as per drawings, measurements, and quality standards
  • Take accurate site measurements (branch/site area) and maintain records
  • Ability to monitor team performance, provide guidance, and maintain discipline and adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
  • Comfort with using digital tools and systems for reporting, record-keeping, and coordination with the central office.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under time pressure while maintaining fairness and transparency.
  • Ensure timely completion of work as per deadlines
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, commerce, management, or a related field.
  • Ability to work full time on-site in Gurugram, including weekends or extended hours as business needs require.
