We are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our resort near Bhimavaram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations across guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage coordination, and staff management while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Manage daily resort operations and ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Supervise front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and support teams.
• Monitor staff performance and maintain operational efficiency.
• Handle guest queries, escalations, and feedback professionally.
• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and service quality standards are maintained.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers as required.
• Prepare operational reports and track occupancy and revenue metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

• 3+ years of experience in hospitality, resort, or hotel operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple departments effectively.
• Familiarity with hospitality software and operational reporting is preferred.
• Candidates from Bhimavaram or nearby locations will be preferred.
