Job Overview: We are currently seeking a Passenger Service Executive || Airport Ground Staff to join our team at Kolkata Airport. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of airport ground services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding, and arrival areas
  • Handle passenger inquiries and provide information on flight schedules, delays, and other relevant information
  • Assist passengers with check-in procedures, including issuing boarding passes and baggage tags
  • Ensure the safety and security of all passengers by following airport and airline regulations
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Coordinate with other ground staff and departments to ensure efficient and smooth operations
  • Assist with the boarding process and ensure all passengers are on board before departure
  • Handle baggage and cargo loading and unloading, as well as other ground handling tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all activities and transactions
  • Provide assistance to passengers with special needs, such as elderly or disabled passengers
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the check-in counters and boarding gates
  • Adhere to all safety and security procedures as per company and regulatory guidelines Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Good physical fitness and ability to lift heavy baggage
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of local and international geography and travel regulations
  • Proficient in English and other local languages
