Position Summary

The Junior Venture & Community Associate is the "heartbeat" of our Jeddah operations. You take ownership of our community engagement, marketing execution, and operational rhythm from A to Z. You are a true fan of startups, tech, and networking. You will receive direct mentorship from experienced venture builders to align with our high standards and ambitious goals. Your primary focus is to ensure our founders feel supported, our events run flawlessly, and our brand remains at the forefront of the Saudi innovation landscape. You run the day-to-day with high energy and a positive attitude to maintain maximum community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for founders and partners, ensuring every interaction is professional, timely, and organized.
• Support the planning and on-ground execution of workshops, partner events, and ecosystem activations in Jeddah, managing everything from speaker coordination to attendee experience.
• Act as a hands-on operator for social media publishing, content calendars, and basic copy drafting for announcements and newsletters.
• Take ownership of recurring operational tasks, including preparing briefs, checklists, and documentation to keep the venture builder running smoothly.
• Conduct light competitor and ecosystem research to spot emerging trends and opportunities for our founders.
• Act as a reliable "generalist pair of hands" for the core team, stepping in to solve day-to-day blockers and maintain continuity during high-value strategic sprints.

Role Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Maintain high satisfaction and engagement levels from community members and founders.
• Ensure 100% on-time delivery of scheduled marketing content and event logistics.
• Deliver seamless on-site execution for all Jeddah-based activations with measurable attendance and value.
• Successfully route and resolve community requests with minimal escalation to senior leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally within a startup, incubator, or fast-paced corporate environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Engineering, or a related field.
• Communication: Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is highly preferred.
• Passion: A demonstrable interest in venture building, Startups, EdTech, and the Saudi startup ecosystem.
