This is a full-time, on-site role for a Strapping Machine Service Engineer, based in Kochi. The Service Engineer will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and conducting field service for strapping machines and other related equipment. The role also involves effectively communicating with clients to understand their issues and identify practical solutions.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues
• Experience in field service and hands-on technical work
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients effectively
• Expertise in providing technical support and customer service
• Proficiency in maintenance and repair of industrial machinery and related components
• Ability to work independently and in on-site settings
• Relevant technical certification or a diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering is preferred
• Prior experience in packaging machinery service or a similar role is a plus
