Location: Astec Industries Europe Limited, 3 Bankmore Way East

Astec Europe is seeking a PSSR (Parts & Service Sales Representative) to support our continued growth across Europe. This customer-facing role will work closely with our Omagh team as well as colleagues across Astec Industries to grow our service levels with Parts & Service for our Customer Base.

About The Role

  • Travel extensively within the assigned region to engage with customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify new customers and sales opportunities aligned with our product and service offering.
  • Support development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Achieve agreed revenue and margin targets for parts and service sales.
  • Develop customer business plans, including forecasts.
  • Maintain and grow an accurate installed base of equipment within the region.
  • Train our customers on Astec tools, systems, and processes.
  • Collect and communicate market intelligence across assigned territories.
  • Attend relevant exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Work collaboratively with the service team to drive shared growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all local laws, regulations, and company policies, and report any potential breaches.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as required.

Required Criteria

  • Degree or 3rd level qualification (HND or above) in Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years’ successful experience in parts sales.
  • Strong customer centric approach and proven commercial awareness.
  • High energy, resilience, and a winning mentality.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications.
  • Exceptional time and territory management skills.

Desired Criteria

  • Technical knowledge of materials processing or the crushing and screening industry.
  • Experience with process improvement or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Background working in an engineering environment.
  • Multilingual capabilities.
