Astec Europe is seeking a PSSR (Parts & Service Sales Representative) to support our continued growth across Europe. This customer-facing role will work closely with our Omagh team as well as colleagues across Astec Industries to grow our service levels with Parts & Service for our Customer Base.

About The Role
- Travel extensively within the assigned region to engage with customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify new customers and sales opportunities aligned with our product and service offering.
- Support development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
- Achieve agreed revenue and margin targets for parts and service sales.
- Develop customer business plans, including forecasts.
- Maintain and grow an accurate installed base of equipment within the region.
- Train our customers on Astec tools, systems, and processes.
- Collect and communicate market intelligence across assigned territories.
- Attend relevant exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows.
- Work collaboratively with the service team to drive shared growth.
- Ensure compliance with all local laws, regulations, and company policies, and report any potential breaches.
- Perform any other reasonable duties as required.

Required Criteria
- Degree or 3rd level qualification (HND or above) in Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ successful experience in parts sales.
- Strong customer centric approach and proven commercial awareness.
- High energy, resilience, and a winning mentality.
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Exceptional time and territory management skills.
- Technical knowledge of materials processing or the crushing and screening industry.
- Experience with process improvement or digital transformation initiatives.
- Background working in an engineering environment.
- Multilingual capabilities.
