Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter preferred
About The Client
Our client is looking for an experienced Finance Manager – Purchase to manage financial operations related to procurement and vendor management. This role requires strong expertise in purchase accounting, vendor payments, budgeting, and financial compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage financial processes related to procurement and purchasing activities
• Review and validate purchase orders and vendor invoices
• Ensure timely vendor payments and maintain vendor reconciliations
• Monitor procurement budgets and control purchase costs
• Maintain accurate purchase accounting entries in ERP systems
• Ensure compliance with GST and company financial policies
• Prepare MIS reports related to purchase expenditure and vendor payments
• Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and operations teams
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of purchase accounting and vendor management
• Experience with ERP systems such as Tally, SAP, Zoho, or similar
• Good understanding of GST and statutory compliance
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills
• Proficiency in Excel and financial MIS reporting
