About the role

We're launching a new growth channel: partnerships with Airbnbs, homestays, villas, and property management companies across Gurgaon and Delhi NCR. Guests at these properties constantly ask hosts for cooks, chefs, and bartenders — and hosts currently solve this through unreliable local contacts. You will own building this channel from zero: signing hosts and property operators, launching them, and turning their guest base into ChefKart bookings.


This is a builder role. You'll be the first hire on this charter, work directly with the founding/leadership team, and have a clear path to leading a team as the channel scales.


Experience: 4–7 years


What you'll do

  • Own the partnership funnel end-to-end — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, signing, and activating Airbnb hosts, homestay owners, villa operators, and property management companies across Gurgaon and Delhi NCR
  • Land anchor deals with property management companies managing large portfolios — these are your highest-leverage wins
  • Build the target universe — map party-friendly villas, farmhouse-belt properties, and long-stay/serviced-apartment listings; prioritize ruthlessly
  • Activate, don't just sign — get every signed property to its first booking fast, set up in-property guest capture (QR kits, welcome inserts, WhatsApp booking flows), and keep hosts referring month after month
  • Own channel metrics — activation rate, bookings per active property, host NPS, and partnership-attributed revenue; run a disciplined weekly pipeline
  • Be the voice of the partner — feed host and guest insights back into packages, pricing, and ops so the offering keeps getting sharper


What we're looking for

  • 4–7 years in supply acquisition, B2B hospitality sales, or partnerships — you have personally done on-ground, cold-visit deal signing, not just email-based corporate alliances
  • Strong preference for alumni of hotel/property aggregators (OYO, Treebo, FabHotels), villa operators (StayVista, Lohono, SaffronStays, Elivaas), hyperlocal supply teams (Urban Company), or restaurant onboarding teams (Zomato, Swiggy)
  • Existing relationships or working knowledge of the NCR homestay/villa ecosystem (Chattarpur, Westend Greens, Sohna Road, and similar clusters) is a big plus
  • Comfortable being measured on activated partners and revenue, not signed MOUs
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-management instincts; fluent in Hindi and English
  • Self-starter energy — you'll operate with high autonomy, a target list, and a scooter/car (own vehicle preferred; travel reimbursed)


Nice to have

  • Experience selling to or working with Airbnb hosts / vacation-rental managers
  • Early-stage or 0→1 channel-building experience
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp-based commerce funnels
