Role Overview
The Partner Relationship & Business Development Executive is responsible for visiting partner organizations, promoting company products and services, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring smooth coordination between partners and internal teams. The role focuses on relationship management, product awareness, partner onboarding, and business growth through regular field engagement.
Key Responsibilities
πΉ Partner Visits & Relationship Management
β’ Conduct regular on-site visits to partner organizations and agencies.
β’ Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, managers, and teams.
β’ Act as the key relationship owner for assigned partners.
πΉ Product Promotion & Support
β’ Present and promote company products, platforms, and service offerings.
β’ Explain processes, benefits, updates, and value propositions clearly.
β’ Support partners with onboarding, usage guidance, and operational clarity.
πΉ Business Development & Expansion
β’ Identify opportunities to increase partner engagement, volume, and collaboration.
β’ Onboard new partners within assigned regions or markets.
β’ Drive growth through partner activation and follow-ups.
πΉ Coordination & Communication
β’ Coordinate between partners and internal departments (documentation, operations, marketing, etc.).
β’ Ensure smooth communication on applications, queries, and service requirements.
β’ Collect and share partner feedback and market insights with management.
πΉ Reporting & Process Adherence
β’ Maintain visit reports, follow-up trackers, and partner performance summaries.
β’ Ensure partners follow company processes, compliance, and documentation standards.
β’ Support partner training sessions, meetings, and product demos.
Skills & Requirements
β’ Experience in business development, partnerships, or field roles (education/services industry preferred).
β’ Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
β’ Willingness to travel for partner visits.
β’ Organized, proactive, and comfortable coordinating across teams.
β’ Understanding of study abroad or education services is an advantage.
