Experience & Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3-7 years in B2B sales/business development, preferably in industrial , automation, or related industries.
  • Skills: Strategic sales planning, negotiation, lead generation, key account management.
  • Education: Engineering or business degree preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
  • New Business Development: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in industrial , automation, and related industries.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing key customers, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Proactively generate leads, manage the sales funnel, and convert prospects into customers.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and final deal closures.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer support) to align business goals and ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Attending Industry Events & Networking: Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events to establish industry authority
