Job Description

Title: HEAD MARKETING LATAM – Regional Marketing Role (General Manager)

Location: Hyderabad

Reports to: AVP – Global Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Ø Develop and implement strategies to enter and strengthen Brand and Therapy presence in LATAM markets.

Ø Identify growth opportunities across key markets – Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Guatemala, Peru etc.

Ø Plan 5-year growth plan for Rx channel for LATAM.

Ø Lead annual marketing planning, forecasting, and budget management.

Brand & Portfolio Management:

Ø Oversee product strategy, positioning, messaging, and campaigns across LATAM.

Ø Institutionalize new product launch excellence framework and drive execution

Ø Ideate and select new products to be introduced in the market to strengthen therapy presence and portfolio offering.

Ø Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product strategy and portfolio initiatives.

Commercial & Market Development

Ø Partner closely with Sales, Market Access and Commercial Excellence teams to

support revenue growth and promotional effectiveness.

Ø Track and improve brand performance, market share and ROI.

Ø Work closely with country teams to build KOLs, participation in key conferences and scientific dissemination of knowledge.

Ø Drive digital adoption, apply appropriate channels for planning and promotion

Market Research and Analysis:

Ø Conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer decision journey and plan appropriate marketing interventions.

Ø Analyse market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer insights.

Ø Utilize data-driven insights to drive growth and decision-making processes.

People management and Development:

Ø Lead and develop a diverse team to achieve excellence in brand management and sales.

Ø Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

A master’s degree in business administration

18+ years of experience in Marketing (or) sales and marketing in leading pharmaceutical companies.

Therapy knowledge of Oncology, Cardio metabolism and international experience is an added advantage.
