🎤 About the Role

Are you passionate about bringing live experiences to life? We’re looking for an experienced Event Manager – Live Events who can independently plan, execute, and manage end-to-end live events (0–1) with creativity, precision, and flair.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love managing everything from on-ground activations to studio-based live productions, this role is for you!

🎯 Key Responsibilities

✔ Plan, organize, and execute end-to-end live events — from launches and workshops to large-scale activations.

✔ Conceptualize and deliver innovative event formats aligned with brand and business goals.

✔ Take ownership of the complete event lifecycle — ideation → planning → execution → closure.

✔ Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Content, Tech, Operations, and Production teams.

✔ Manage technical setups including:

🎥 Multi-camera setups, camera placement & framing

💡 Lighting, audio, and stage aesthetics

✔ Execute and monitor live streaming using tools like OBS / vMix / Wirecast.

✔ Handle real-time troubleshooting and ensure smooth event flow.

✔ Manage vendors (venue, production, logistics, AV, internet, travel, food, manpower).

✔ Prepare detailed event timelines, budgets, and post-event reports.

⚙️ Required Skills & Expertise

🔹 4–5 years of experience in live/on-ground or studio-based events.

🔹 Hands-on experience with:

🎬 Multi-camera setups (PTZ / handheld / fixed)

📺 Live streaming platforms (YouTube Live, Facebook Live, internal apps)

🎧 Broadcasting tools (OBS, vMix, Wirecast)

🔹 Strong understanding of broadcast flow, cue management, and live transitions.

🔹 Excellent coordination, planning, and communication skills.

🔹 Ability to visualize events from both camera and audience perspectives.
