Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Part Time Employee & Financial Advisor at HDFC Life. The Financial Advisor will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their financial goals and recommend suitable life insurance and investment solutions. Daily activities include analyzing client needs, explaining product features and riders, preparing basic financial illustrations, and supporting customers through the sales and onboarding process. The role involves maintaining regular contact with clients, providing ongoing policy and portfolio reviews, and ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory and company guidelines. The Part Time Employee will collaborate with internal teams, participate in periodic training sessions, and use digital tools and platforms to drive customer engagement and business growth from a remote location.
Qualifications

  • Ability to work with core finance concepts, including Finance and Financial Statements.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret client needs and perform basic financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of Financial Reporting to understand policy performance and communicate key figures.
  • Effective Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and relationship building.
  • Basic understanding of insurance, investments, and personal financial planning.
  • Comfort using digital tools, CRM systems, and remote communication platforms.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Prior experience in financial services, insurance sales, or advisory roles.
