Paid Media Executive – Interactive Bees

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency
• Hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid advertising

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across:
• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• LinkedIn Ads and other social media platforms
• Develop effective media plans based on campaign objectives and budgets
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for leads, conversions, CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
• Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives and copies
• Track conversions using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and analytics tools
• Prepare campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights
• Manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely delivery of campaign goals

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Good understanding of media planning and campaign budgeting
• Knowledge of lead generation and performance marketing strategies
• Familiarity with GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and reporting tools
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment 

Preferred:

• Google Ads Certifications will be an added advantage
• Experience handling clients from different industries
