Role Description

This is a remote internship role for an Outreach Coordinator. The role involves actively connecting with lawyers, law firms, and companies to introduce and onboard them onto Jurident’s platform.

The Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for building professional relationships, identifying potential users who can benefit from case management and legal automation tools, and driving adoption of Jurident’s solutions. Key tasks include outreach campaigns, partnership development, user onboarding, market research, and providing ongoing support to ensure a smooth user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to lawyers, law firms, and corporate legal teams to introduce Jurident’s platform
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with potential users
• Identify organizations that require case management, document automation, and legal workflow tools
• Conduct research to map target markets and outreach opportunities
• Assist in onboarding users and ensuring effective platform adoption
• Provide customer support and resolve user queries
• Support training sessions and demos for new users
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach strategies

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest or experience in LegalTech, law firms, or B2B outreach
• Ability to build partnerships and engage with professionals
• Basic understanding of legal workflows or willingness to learn
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Passion for innovation in the legal industry
• Prior experience in outreach, sales, or community engagement is a plus
