Atica is a tech-first sales and revenue management company for hotels across the US, backed by Titan Capital and DIBS. We handle revenue for a 200+ hotel portfolio -- and we're now building the outbound engine that grows it.
The Role
This is a founding-team seat, not a backfill.
We're standing up Atica's first dedicated outbound SDR function in Pune, targeting corporate travel and extended-stay accounts across the US. You'll work directly with our Program Manager (who built our sales function from scratch) and get live market signals from our internal data team -- competitor moves, commercial project alerts, timing triggers -- so you're never going in cold blind.
Your job: turn those signals into qualified meetings for the closing team.
What You'll Do
- Run a consistent outbound cadence -- calls and personalized emails -- to US-based corporate travel decision-makers
- Act on market signals fast, reach the right prospect at the right moment
- Handle gatekeepers, navigate org structures, book high-intent meetings
- Keep CRM data clean and hand off pipeline to the closing team without gaps
- Feed back to leadership on what's working -- your input will shape the playbook
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of B2B outbound sales experience, US market focus
- Comfortable and confident on the phone -- cold calling is your preferred way in
- Strong sense of US business culture, geography, and communication styles
- CRM proficiency and familiarity with sales engagement tools
- Self-directed and accountable -- you own your pipeline, you don't wait to be managed
Bonus: background in hospitality, travel, or hotel sales is genuinely relevant here.
Logistics
- 📍 Yerwada, Pune -- full-time, in-office
- ⏰ US Business Hours: 5 PM to 3 AM IST
- 💰 Total comp: INR 10-12L (Base 8-9.6L + Variable 2-2.4L)
