Role Description

The Outbound Sales Representative is a full-time, role can be done by remote. In this role, you will focus on generating leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to drive client acquisition. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, identifying their needs, presenting tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, you will work closely with internal teams to align on sales strategies and track performance metrics to ensure success.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Inside Sales and Outbound Sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in Lead Generation techniques and nurturing potential opportunities toward conversion.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build relationships and effectively articulate solutions to clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and basic knowledge of AI-driven solutions is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
