Role Summary:

Oracle SCM Transportation Management (OTM) Consultant with strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle SCM Transportation Management solutions. The consultant should have experience in transportation planning, execution, freight management, carrier management, and integration with Oracle SCM applications to optimize logistics and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle SCM Transportation Management (OTM) solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution designs.
• Configure transportation planning, shipment execution, freight settlement, carrier management, and logistics workflows.
• Develop and support integrations between Oracle OTM and Oracle ERP/SCM modules using standard integration frameworks.
• Perform system enhancements, issue analysis, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
• Support data migration, system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, user guides, and knowledge transfer documentation.
• Ensure solution quality by following Oracle implementation best practices and project standards.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements for transportation management processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Strong experience in Oracle SCM Transportation Management (OTM) implementation and support.
• Expertise in transportation planning, shipment execution, freight settlement, and carrier management.
• Experience with Oracle SCM Cloud modules and integration with Oracle ERP applications.
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), web services, APIs, XML, and EDI integrations.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and transportation business processes.
• Experience in system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oracle SCM Transportation Management (OTM).
• Experience in Oracle SCM Cloud implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
• Experience working on end-to-end Oracle SCM Transportation Management implementations is preferred.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 15 years of full-time education is required.
