SAP Senior SD Process Expert Experience

• 10+ years of overall experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)/Order-to-Cash (O2C).
• Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP implementation and Rollout projects on SAP S/4HANA.
• Budget: Up to ₹32 LPA (Maximum CTC)
  
  

Role Overview

Serve as a Senior SAP SD Process Expert responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes across global rollouts. Drive template adoption, business process optimization, testing, data migration, user training, and post-go-live support while collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA SD/O2C implementation and global rollout projects.
• Support template design, localization, and deployment across manufacturing plants.
• Conduct business requirement gathering, gap analysis, and process assessments.
• Coordinate with business users, Design & Build teams, and technical teams for solution delivery.
• Support data migration planning, field mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
• Drive testing activities including Integration Testing, UAT, defect management, and cutover execution.
• Deliver user training, prepare process documentation, and support Hypercare activities.
• Participate in Process Improvement Activities (PIA) and continuous process optimization.
• Mentor junior consultants and support functional capability development.
  
  

Must Have SAP Functional Expertise

• 10+ years of hands-on SAP SD/Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience across SAP ECC (R/3) and SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience leading at least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects.
• Strong expertise in:
• Sales Order Management
• Pricing
• Billing & Invoicing
• Delivery Processing
• Returns & Credit Management
• Output Management
• Experience in business process analysis, fit-gap workshops, and solution design.
• Strong understanding of SAP Best Practices and template-based rollout methodology.
  

Rollout & Deployment

• Experience in global template rollout projects.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Business requirement gathering
• Gap analysis
• Process localization
• Data migration (field mapping, transformation rules, validation)
• Cutover planning and execution
• Experience supporting Integration Testing, UAT, defect management, and Hypercare.
  

Integration

• Strong integration knowledge between SAP SD and:
• MM
• FI
• WM/EWM
  

Process Improvement

• Experience driving business process improvements and change requests.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Experience coordinating with technical teams through development, testing, and deployment.

• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing experience.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional environments.

Qualification

• BE/B.Tech, MCA, or M.Tech (or equivalent bachelor's/master's degree).
  
  

Good to Have

• Experience in Automotive or Manufacturing industry.
• Exposure to SAP Fiori applications for Sales & Distribution.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Brownfield or Greenfield transformation programs.
• Knowledge of EDI, IDocs, Output Management, and interfaces with third-party systems.
• Experience in Master Data Governance (Customer/Business Partner and Material Master).
• Experience working in global delivery or shared service environments.
• SAP SD certification or SAP S/4HANA Sales certification.
  
  

Travel Requirement

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for rollout, implementation, and Go-Live support (up to 4 weeks based on project requirements).
