About the Company
The Oracle Cloud Project Functional Lead will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of Oracle Cloud projects within our organization. This role involves overseeing all aspects of project management, from initial planning and development to execution and follow-up. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to ensure that project goals are met in a timely and efficient manner. They will also be responsible for identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard.

The Oracle Cloud Project Functional Lead will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of Oracle Cloud projects within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of Oracle Cloud projects, ensuring that all project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage project resources, ensuring that all tasks are adequately staffed and that resources are allocated in the most efficient manner.
- Communicate with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards, conducting regular quality assurance checks and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- A Master's degree or relevant Oracle Cloud certifications would be advantageous.
Required Skills
- Resource Management: The candidate must have the ability to manage resources effectively, ensuring that all project tasks are adequately staffed and that resources are allocated in the most efficient manner.
- Plan, Schedule, and Forecast: The candidate must have strong planning and scheduling skills, with the ability to accurately forecast project timelines and deliverables.
- Oracle Cloud: The candidate must have a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud, including its capabilities, functionalities, and integration with other systems.
Preferred Skills
- Project Asset Management: Experience in managing project assets, including hardware, software, and other resources.
- Grant Management: Knowledge of grant management processes and systems.
- Risk Management: Ability to identify and manage project risks.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing relationships with project stakeholders.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Ability to manage project budgets and control costs.
- Quality Assurance: Knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards.
- Change Management: Experience in managing change within projects.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to solve complex project-related problems.
- Team Leadership: Experience in leading project teams.
