Oracle EPCMC Consultant

Role Description The Oracle EPCMC Consultant will work in a full-time, hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. In this position, the consultant will implement and configure Oracle EPCM Cloud and related Oracle Applications to support enterprise project and performance management processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing solution architectures, mapping business processes to Oracle functionality, and supporting order management and project management workflows. The consultant will collaborate closely with client stakeholders, prepare functional and technical documentation, conduct system testing, and lead user training and knowledge transfer sessions. The role also involves providing ongoing consulting support, troubleshooting issues, optimizing system performance, and contributing to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Enterprise Project Management (EPM) and related performance management practices.
• Hands-on experience implementing Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, with a specialized focus on Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management (EPCMC).
• Deep knowledge in designing, building, and optimizing complex cost allocation rules, driver-based models, and custom calculations.
• System Knowledge: Strong background in EPM data integration, metadata management, and advanced financial modeling.
• Proven ability to architect and translate complex financial structures into scalable, efficient Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of partnering successfully with key finance stakeholders and cross-functional teams
