Job Description

We're looking for Operations & Strategy Associates!

Responsibilities

Manage and execute substantial projects and processes to enhance credibility.
Optimize operations by proactively suggesting and implementing improvements.
Connect initiatives to create operational efficiencies and save team time.
Support and drive strategy and enable change initiatives.
Lead impact measurement efforts and create effective communication plans.
Collaborate on budget optimization and support business development activities.
Interact independently with key stakeholders
Serve as a proxy for space leads in selected tasks, expanding scope and responsibility.
Navigate internal networks effectively to accomplish key objectives.
Deliver high-quality outputs that are polished and ready for broad internal audiences.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree
A fundamental understanding of consulting business models.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects, including those with intersecting workstreams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
