Role Description

We are seeking a full-time on-site Social Media Manager to join our team in South Goa district. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, and creating and optimizing content to drive engagement. This includes planning campaigns, analyzing platform performance, and ensuring consistent messaging across all social media channels.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing
• Excellent Communication abilities for engaging with diverse audiences
• Proven understanding of analytics tools and trends to optimize social media performance
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a dynamic, goal-driven team
• Experience with political campaigns or public policy is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
