This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Talent Acquisition Intern. The responsibilities include handling the full-life cycle recruitment process, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to meet the hiring needs of the organization. The intern will play an integral role in employer branding efforts and work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless hiring experiences. Administrative support and contribution to process improvement initiatives may also be part of the role.

• Skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Proficiency in Interviewing and Recruiting
• Experience or understanding of Employer Branding practices
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• A proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
