Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Chennai Area for an Operations Specialist. The Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing daily business operations, streamlining organizational processes, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of company objectives. The role will involve managing operational workflows, analyzing data to drive efficiency, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the candidate will assist in project management, support sales efforts, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making
• Effective Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of Sales operations and experience in supporting sales processes
• Expertise in Operations Management and process optimization
• Proficiency in Project Management, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Proactive problem-solving and adaptable to fast-paced environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field preferred
• 2 years of experience in a similar role is a minimum.
