Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively understand client needs and maintain relationships
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales, including pitching IT solutions effectively and closing deals
- Experience in Lead Generation and identifying opportunities for new business growth
- Knowledge of Sales Operations to optimize processes and meet targets
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with the IT or digital solutions industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in local market knowledge and an ability to build networks in Kanpur is a plus
