Talent Acquisition Executive | DivineLane

Location: Kolkata (On-site)

Experience: 1-3 Years

Salary: Up to 3.6 LPA

Shift: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Monday-Saturday)

Role Objective

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play a critical role in building DivineLane’s growing team. You will manage end-to-end hiring while ensuring a smooth, professional, and premium candidate experience that aligns with DivineLane’s brand values.

This role is ideal for someone hands-on, energetic, and eager to grow in the talent acquisition space within a fast-paced lifestyle and D2C environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Talent Acquisition
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for Retail, Operations, Creative, and Corporate roles.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.
  • Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality hiring standards.
  • Sourcing & Screening
  • Source candidates through ATS tools (e.g., ZappyHire), job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.
  • Maintain an active and healthy talent pipeline.
  • Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
  • Deliver a smooth and engaging candidate experience aligned with DivineLane’s brand ethos.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives through LinkedIn posts, hiring campaigns, and referral drives.
  • Hiring Metrics & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and ATS records.
  • Track hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, interview-to-offer ratio, and offer closures.
  • Share regular hiring updates and reports with the HR Lead.
  • Onboarding Coordination
  • Support pre-joining engagement, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Work closely with HR Operations to ensure smooth joining and compliance.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Experience hiring for Retail, D2C, Lifestyle, or Consumer brands is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of sourcing channels and hiring tools.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and execution-focused.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
