Designation - Operations Manager ( E - Commerce)

Location - Mumbai ( Goregaon W)

Qualification - Any Graduate

Experience - 3 - 5 Years

Role & Responsibilities

Driving sales performance, analysing past performance, and setting realistic targets
Ensuring the online experience is user-friendly and on-brand, and managing customer retention and loyalty programs
Spearheading digital marketing efforts, and analysing competitors to identify opportunities and threats
Making decisions about products, pricing, and promotions
Writing management reports on sales performance, and presenting insights to stakeholders
Using historical data to forecast future trends
Conducting experiments to test different website elements, marketing campaigns, or pricing strategies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduates with relevant experience in e-commerce may also be considered.
Up to 4 -5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, online retail operations, or marketplace management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to analyse data, prepare reports, and create presentations.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Acrobat for document editing and management is preferred.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketplace ecosystems (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.) will be an added advantage.
