About Role

We are looking for an Operations Manager with hands-on experience managing Amazon EDSP stations. The role involves owning multiple stations, handling manpower, fleet, core Amazon metrics, loss prevention, and direct client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Amazon last-mile stations (EDSP model)
• Own core Amazon metrics
• End-to-end manpower, fleet, and station operations
• Ensure loss prevention, COD compliance, and audits
• Act as single point of contact for Amazon ops/program teams
• Drive productivity, cost control, and SOP compliance

Requirements

• Mandatory: Experience in Amazon last-mile / EDSP station management
• Experience handling multiple stations
• Strong knowledge of Amazon metrics, LP, and compliance
• Proven leadership and execution skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
