Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily service operations across multiple regions to ensure smooth, consistent service delivery.
• Oversee comprehensive drone fleet management, which includes deployment, scheduling, maintenance coordination, and performance tracking.
• Monitor service delivery performance to ensure operational targets and high service standards are consistently met.
• Identify and implement process optimizations and resource management strategies to improve operational efficiency and cost control.
• Track and analyze operational data to enhance fleet utilization and overall service quality.
• Coordinate directly with technical teams to guarantee all drones are properly maintained and fully operational.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational guidelines related to all drone operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Logistics, Aviation, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in operations management, fleet management, logistics, or drone operations.
• Leadership Scope: Demonstrated experience managing multi-region operations or distributed service teams
