Job Role

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Operational Manager with 10+ years of experience to drive process excellence, and enhance organizational performance. The candidate will also play a key role as a mentor, guiding teams and ensuring continuous improvement through structured planning and review mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct performance evaluations and monitor team productivity
  • Perform process audits, functional audits, and document audits
  • Develop plans of action based on audit findings and performance gaps
  • Ensure effective implementation of action plans across departments
  • Conduct regular implementation reviews and track progress against goals
  • Identify operational gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Mentor and guide team members to enhance performance and professional growth
  • Lead and manage teams, ensuring strong coordination and accountability
  • Prepare and present operational and performance reports to management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • MBAs will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in operations and administration

  • Expertise in audit processes and operational improvements
