Job Title: Operations Manager – AI & Livelihood Programs

Location: Gorakhpur & Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh

Experience: Minimum 10 years

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Operations Manager to lead and manage large-scale AI & Livelihood Programs across school and college ecosystems in Uttar Pradesh. The role involves end-to-end program execution, stakeholder management, and ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with state education frameworks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Program Management:
  • Oversee implementation of programs such as TTT (Train the Trainer), Bootcamps, and K12 student initiatives across Gorakhpur and Prayagraj- School and college principals, teachers, and administrative staff.
  • Manage large-scale outreach covering 52,000+ beneficiaries (schools & colleges- Principals, teachers, and administrative staff.).
  • Ensure timely execution of training programs for educators (51-hour structured curriculum).
  • Operations & Execution:
  • Lead on-ground operations, including deployment of trainers, coordinators, and resources.
  • Monitor daily program activities, track progress, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Optimize processes for efficient delivery across multiple locations.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with State Education Departments, जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी (DEO), colleges, and school leadership.
  • Coordinate with Principals, teachers, and administrative staff for smooth program delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for government and CSR partners.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Manage and mentor cross-functional teams including trainers, coordinators, and operations staff.
  • Ensure proper training, performance tracking, and motivation of field teams.
  • Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Track KPIs, program outcomes, and impact metrics.
  • Prepare and present reports to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and government guidelines.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure high-quality training delivery and participant engagement.
  • Conduct regular audits and feedback sessions for continuous improvement.


Key Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in operations within education, skilling, or livelihood programs.
  • Strong experience in school & college engagement models.
  • Good understanding of State Education Department systems and processes.
  • Proven experience in handling large-scale, multi-location projects, preferably in CSR or government-funded programs.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within assigned locations.

Preferred Profile

  • Experience in AI, digital education, or future skills programs.
  • Prior exposure to UP education ecosystem will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.
