As a **Harvester Sales Manager (P&L Owner)**, you will take full ownership of the harvester product lineβdriving revenue, expanding market presence, and ensuring profitability. This role is ideal for someone who understands the agri-machinery landscape and is passionate about scaling business operations.
πΉ **What Youβll Do:**
β Own and manage the P&L for the harvester segment
β Drive sales strategy for sugarcane & multi-crop harvesters and rotavators
β Expand and strengthen dealer/distributor network
β Achieve revenue, growth, and margin targets
β Identify new market opportunities and enhance penetration
β Lead pricing, demand planning & inventory management
β Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and farmer engagement
β Conduct field visits, demos & customer interactions
β Analyze market trends & competitor activity
β Ensure strong after-sales support with service teams
πΉ **What Weβre Looking For:**
β 5β10 years in agri-machinery sales (harvesters/rotavators mandatory)
β Strong exposure to sugarcane or multi-crop equipment market
β Proven track record in sales target achievement & P&L management
β Experience in dealer/channel sales
β Deep understanding of rural/agri market dynamics
β Willingness to travel extensively
πΉ **Preferred:**
π Mechanical / Agriculture Engineering / Business background
π MBA in Sales/Marketing (a plus)
πΌ Strong leadership & team management skills
