Position: Operations Manager – Vietnam DMC

We are looking for a dedicated Operations Manager to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for handling and responding to all travel agent queries in a timely manner, ensuring smooth coordination between our India office and the Vietnam team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promptly revert to all travel agent queries

• Handle amendments and updates quickly and efficiently

• Coordinate with the Vietnam operations team for smooth execution

• Maintain strong communication with travel agents

• Provide accurate information with good knowledge of Vietnam destinations and services

• Ensure high service standards and quick problem resolution

We are looking for someone who is proactive, responsive, and has good destination knowledge of Vietnam.
