Role Description:
- This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sales Manager – IT Services, based in
- Bengaluru with flexibility for remote work. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible
- for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building long-term
- client relationships, and managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle. The role includes
- creating and executing sales strategies, leading client negotiations, and collaborating
- closely with internal delivery and leadership teams to design and deliver tailored IT
- solutions aligned with client business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive new business for IT services and digital transformation
• Manage complete sales cycle: prospecting to closure
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Engage with CXOs, founders, and senior stakeholders
• Lead negotiations and close mid-to-large ticket deals
• Collaborate with internal teams for solutioning and delivery
Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in IT services sales
• Proven track record in business development and deal closures
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Good understanding of software development and digital solutions
• Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus
