Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Operational resource to scale our content production, delivery, and quality processes across online platforms. This role will own end-to-end content operations, ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-efficient delivery aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Operations & Delivery

● Own end-to-end content operations including planning, production, publishing, and lifecycle management

● Ensure timely delivery of academic and non-academic content across platforms (video, live classes, practice, assessments, etc.)

● Drive standardization of content workflows, SOPs, and quality benchmarks

2. Process & Scale

● Design and optimize scalable operational processes for high-volume content creation

● Identify bottlenecks and implement automation, tools, and best practices

● Ensure operational readiness for new launches, subjects, and formats

3. Team Leadership

● Lead and mentor large cross-functional teams including content ops, scheduling, QC, and vendor partners

● Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, efficiency, and quality

● Collaborate closely with academic, tech, product, and marketing teams

4. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

● Act as the primary ops stakeholder for leadership and cross-functional teams

● Manage external vendors, freelancers, and production partners

● Control budgets, costs, and operational KPIs

5. Data & Reporting

● Track operational KPIs such as TAT, utilization, cost efficiency, quality scores, Quality & Compliance.

● Present insights, risks, and action plans to senior leadership

Requirements

● 3-6 years of experience in operations, content operations, or program management

● Strong experience in EdTech, digital content, or online learning ecosystems

● Proven ability to manage large teams and complex workflows

● Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills

● High comfort with data, dashboards, and operational metrics

● Experience working in fast-paced, scaling organizations
