Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Operations Head (Edtech/Education) with Aimlay Pvt. Ltd., located in Delhi. The role involves overseeing daily operations, coordinating between departments, optimizing processes, ensuring goals are met efficiently, and aligning operations with organizational objectives. Additional responsibilities include managing budgets, leading a team, analyzing data to streamline business practices, and contributing to strategic decisions to ensure operational excellence and support the company’s vision.

Qualifications- Minimum 14 years of Operations Experience (Edtech/Education)

• Lead and manage daily operations across various departments.
• Handling post admission process (UG/PG/PHD)
• University Management
• Develop and implement operational strategies to meet business objectives and improve efficiency.
• Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee workflow optimization to ensure cost-efficiency and high productivity.
