Mission of the Role
Enable students and parents to make confident learning decisions by delivering a world-class counseling experience—driving enrollments through strong communication, empathy, and outcome-based selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with 65–70 high-intent, pre-qualified leads daily (no cold calling; all leads provided)
- Conduct personalized video counseling sessions with parents and adult learners
- Present the course value clearly and confidently using strong English communication
- Manage the complete sales and onboarding lifecycle from demo follow-up to final enrollment
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly revenue targets through consultative selling
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and ensure smooth onboarding for new learners
