Qualification:

• Graduate (BBA / Graduation in Marketing preferred)
• MBA / Post Graduation in Marketing will be an added advantage

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive for handling Modern Trade and Quick Commerce operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily operational activities, coordinating with Modern Trade and Quick Commerce partners, maintaining business data, supporting channel operations, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle day-to-day operational activities related to Modern Trade and Quick Commerce channels.
2. Coordinate and manage Quick Commerce platforms like Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, and other emerging online commerce channels.
3. Coordinate with Modern Trade partners like Walmart, DMart, Reliance, and other retail chains for operational requirements.
4. Work closely with internal departments such as Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Accounts, and Marketing teams for smooth execution of business activities.
5. Manage product listings, product availability, pricing updates, and operational coordination with different platforms and retail partners.
6. Track orders, inventory movement, stock availability, and ensure timely follow-ups for smooth business operations.
7. Maintain and update sales reports, operational trackers, MIS reports, and other business-related data.
8. Analyze sales performance, inventory reports, and platform-related data to support business growth.
9. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and support the team in achieving business objectives.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Experience or good understanding of Modern Trade and Quick Commerce operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of Quick Commerce platforms like Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto will be an advantage.
• Understanding of Modern Trade operations with channels like Walmart, DMart, Reliance, etc. will be preferred.
• Excellent MS Excel skills for reporting, data management, tracking, and analysis.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with multiple internal and external teams.
• Detail-oriented approach with ability to handle timelines and operational responsibilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience with a reputed organization.
• Experience in FMCG, Consumer Products, Modern Trade, E-commerce, or Quick Commerce industry will be preferred.
• Candidate should be responsible, proactive, energetic, and willing to learn and grow with the organization.
