Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vishakhapatnam for an Operations Executive. The Operations Executive will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient practices, and manage resources effectively. Responsibilities include coordination with various teams, implementing operational strategies, analyzing and improving operational workflows, addressing customer queries, and supporting organizational goals to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee day-to-day processes and ensure business efficiency
• B.Sc nursing or B.Pharmacy candidates are ideal
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills to collaborate with teams and handle customer interactions professionally
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate processes and identify areas for improvement
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to manage and streamline operations effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field preferred
• Experience in a similar role or field of operations is a plus
