We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our operations team and ensure the smooth functioning of our home visit services.

Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator, you will serve as the bridge between patients and healthcare providers. You will assist in ensuring that each patient has a smooth, informed, and stress-free healthcare experience from admission to discharge.

• Handle patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, and service delivery.
• Ensure accurate and timely scheduling of doctor home visits through the EMR system.
• Coordinate with logistics teams for transportation arrangements for medical teams.
• Monitor billing processes to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring patient satisfaction at every touchpoint.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., medical staff, technology teams) to ensure the effective delivery of services.
• Handle any operational issues and resolve them promptly.
• Freshers may also apply.

Shift Timings:

7am to 4pm

3pm to 12am

11pm to 8am

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
