Marketing Operations / Marketing Coordinator

One of our clients, a well-established, purpose-driven organization with a strong presence in the well-being, education, and transformational learning space, is looking to hire a Marketing Operations / Marketing Coordinator at their Bangalore head office.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on execution, cross-functional coordination, and process-driven marketing operations.

• Coordinate end-to-end marketing operations across content, design, social media, performance marketing, email, WhatsApp, and martech teams
• Act as a single point of coordination between head office teams, program managers, agencies, and contact centers
• Manage campaign calendars, timelines, approvals, and execution readiness
• Coordinate email and WhatsApp campaigns including planning, approvals, segmentation, and deployment
• Ensure smooth lead handover and alignment with contact center teams for campaign follow-ups
• Maintain trackers, documentation, and regular marketing operations reports
  

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing coordination, or campaign execution
• Strong stakeholder management and follow-up skills
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with multiple teams, agencies, and marketing tools
