Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) dispatches to doctors' clinics.

✅ Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.

✅ Maintain accurate dispatch, invoice, and shipment records.

✅ Prepare dispatch, invoice, and logistics reports.

✅ Track deliveries and resolve operational issues proactively.

✅ Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Warehouse teams for seamless order fulfillment.

✅ Maintain operational trackers and ensure data accuracy.

✅ Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
