Then join our dynamic team as a Service Coordinator (OPE)! You'll be the central point of contact for all customer interactions, ensuring the smooth daily operations of the FOSS India’s service department.

This is a perfect role for candidates with experience in a customer-facing roles, ideally within customer support, enquiry handling, coordination, customer relationship management, etc.

The job, department & daily tasks

Join our team as a Service Coordinator, where your responsibilities will include:

• Being the primary contact for all customer inquiries and calls.
• Handling service requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Coordinate and plan the workload of Service Department employees, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Create and manage service requests/orders, maintaining accurate records within our CRM system, and foster positive relationships with FOSS customers, building trust and exceeding expectations.

Reporting to the Service Director of FOSS India, you'll work closely with service colleagues and interact daily with customers to ensure their needs are met.

What will make you fit in well

• You possess 2-5 years of relevant experience with a proven ability to excel in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills are key, as you'll juggle multiple tasks and schedules with efficiency and precision.
• Fluent in English and Hindi, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft word & Excel is a must.
• Knowledge of AI tools to automate the daily task and data analysis.
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You demonstrate a positive attitude and the ability to handle diverse inquiries and adapt to changing situations.
• You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
