Role Summary:

The Operations Coordinator provides administrative and operational support across a range of business functions within the GCC, ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient delivery of day-to-day tasks in line with agreed processes, SLAs, and client requirements. The role supports the smooth running of operational activity across functions including Out-of-Hours (OOH) administration, MSP client programme support, Talent Management, Supply Chain, Internal Communications, and Reporting & Analytics. The Operations Coordinator works closely with onshore teams, regional leads, and internal stakeholders to maintain service quality and operational continuity.

While the core responsibilities of this role are consistent across the organization, the specific focus, priorities, and day-to-day activities will vary depending on the department, region, or function supported. Operations Coordinator roles may be aligned to Out-of-Hours (OOH) administration, MSP client programme support (Customer Success), Talent Management administration, Supply Chain / Supplier Relationship Management, Internal Communications, or Reporting & Analytics functions. Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

General Operations & Administration:

  • Provide accurate and timely administrative support across assigned operational functions, ensuring tasks are completed within agreed SLAs.
  • Maintain up-to-date records across relevant systems, trackers, and databases.
  • Handle inbound queries from internal teams, candidates, suppliers, or clients, resolving or escalating as appropriate within agreed timeframes.
  • Produce and distribute regular operational outputs including reports, trackers, and communications as required.
  • Support process improvement activity by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions to the relevant lead.


Out-of-Hours (OOH) Support:

  • Provide out-of-hours administrative and recruitment support, handling inbound candidate and client queries outside of standard working hours.
  • Manage urgent requests, escalations, and time-sensitive actions during OOH periods, ensuring continuity of service.
  • Log, track, and hand over all OOH activity accurately to the relevant onshore team at the start of the next working day
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of client-specific processes and requirements to ensure consistent OOH service delivery.


MSP Programme Support (Customer Success):

  • Provide operational and administrative support to MSP client programmes, ensuring programme activity runs smoothly and in line with client SLAs.
  • Assist with headcount tracking, programme reporting, and data management across client programme tools and VMS platforms.
  • Support implementation and onboarding activity for new client programmes as required.
  • Act as an operational point of contact for programme queries, escalating issues to the Customer Success Lead where appropriate.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of programme administration including requisition management, status updates, and documentation.


Talent Management & Supply Chain Administration:

  • Provide administrative support to Talent Management operations including requisition coordination, supplier communications, and SRM administration.
  • Maintain accurate supplier and candidate records, supporting onboarding, compliance, and engagement activity.
  • Assist with supply chain tracking, vendor correspondence, and performance data collection.
  • Support the Talent Management Lead with operational reporting and day-to-day administrative requirements.


Communications & Reporting:

  • Support internal communications activity including content management, intranet publishing, and distribution of business updates.
  • Produce operational MI reports, dashboards, and data outputs to support regional and global reporting requirements.
  • Ensure reporting outputs are accurate, timely, and formatted to the required standard.
  • Assist with market research, data analysis, and insight generation to support business decision-making.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in an operations, administration, or coordination role within a professional services, staffing, or managed services environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all outputs.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with ATS, VMS, or CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on service quality and continuous improvement.
