Job Overview
Cobble Stone Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a disciplined, dependable, and execution-focused Operations Assistant who can support daily operations with seriousness and ownership. This role requires someone who is organized, responsive, practical, and committed to long-term growth with the company.
This is not a casual back-office role. We need a person who understands responsibility, follows through on work, supports coordination across teams, and is willing to put work first when required. The ideal candidate should be able to contribute to smooth day-to-day functioning across office, site, logistics, and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily operational coordination between office, site teams, vendors, transporters, and management
- Maintain records of dispatches, inward and outward material movement, stock updates, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with staff for attendance, work updates, site requirements, and pending tasks
- Follow up with transporters, suppliers, labour teams, and internal team members for timely execution
- Help prepare and manage basic reports, documentation, bills, challans, and operational records
- Track task status and ensure closure of assigned work without repeated reminders
- Support management in handling urgent operational matters, calls, coordination, and execution follow-ups
- Maintain discipline in paperwork, communication, and data handling
- Assist with field and site-related coordination whenever required
- Be ready to support the company in an execution-driven work environment where timely action matters
Candidate Profile

- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple moving tasks
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Comfortable with operational work, documentation, and coordination
