Operations & Admin Executive

Ayka Medical is a leading manufacturer of medical packaging and sterilization monitoring products, serving hospitals across India and globally. Our operations span manufacturing, inventory management, and hospital supply.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Operations & Inventory Executive to support factory coordination, inventory tracking, and sales operations including quotations and sample preparation.

Factory & Inventory Coordination:

• Prepare and manage job cards for factory production
• Maintain and update inventory tracking system (Google Sheets)
• Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile with system data
• Track inward and outward material movement
• Coordinate with factory and dispatch teams for order execution

Sales Operations Support:

• Prepare and share quotations for hospitals and distributors
• Assist sales team during office visits with rate sheets, product details, and documentation
• Prepare and manage sample kits for sales representatives
• Maintain records of samples sent, follow-ups, and client requirements
• Support order processing and dispatch coordination

Online & CRM Handling:

• Handle inquiries and responses on platforms like IndiaMART
• Maintain lead and inquiry data in Google Sheets / CRM trackers
• Track follow-ups and update status of leads and quotations

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years experience in operations / admin / sales coordination
• Experience working on IndiaMART or similar B2B platforms is preferred
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel
• Good understanding of quotation preparation and client coordination
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and follow-up skills
