About the Company

Hi I am looking to hire an Engineering Fresher with Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation to join as a TL facilities for our store based out of Jalandhar.

About the Role

Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation engg is mandatory!!! Base CTC can go up to 4.4 LPA plus variable. Please apply only if you are ok with this budget!

Responsibilities

Responsible to Upkeep Automated Equipment’s, Infrastructure, Resources.
To Adhere Compliances & Executing contracts with Service providers for the given set of Fulfillment Centre’s.
Responsible to deliver as per SLA in order to contribute to overall profitability & Achieve company objectives.
To Ensure & Co-ordinate CM & PM activities are carried out as per 52 week calendar of MEPC, Housekeeping & Pest control services.
To review & take appropriate action against Faults on a daily basis in co-ordination with MEPC, HK & Pest control vendor team.
Ensure Minimum TAT for HVAC, Electrical & Mechanical faults.
To assist in Electrical safety audit & provide audit report with proper justification. To ensure all reports, checklists, statutory compliance are adhered at all times.
To ensure accuracy of the data, analyze the PM costing and highlight it to management.
To Certify & provide Clearance to Vendor invoices & ensure timely submission of Invoices by approving JMS in SAP-MM.
To Perform Stores Audits also Participate in HOTO activities in co-ordination with EPC team.
To ensure safety systems, processes are established and implemented on site.
Involve in Meeting to review Vendors performance & grievances of Business team.
To ensure necessary training plan is scheduled and train the onsite team.
Present Plan and coordinate installation.
Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health & safety standard.

Qualifications

PROFESSIONAL AND ACADEMIC HIGH QUALIFICATION

Required Skills

Review Utilities consumption & strive to minimize cost Monitoring Inventory of office supplies, assets.
Supervise all facilities staff (HK & Technical) & external Contractor.
Control Activities like parking Space allocation, waste disposal.
Planning and Implementing Preventive maintenance.
AMC Planning.
Utility Maintenance - DG set, UPS.

Pay range and compensation package

Base CTC can go up to 4.4 LPA plus variable.
