This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune Division for an Operation Head. The Operation Head will oversee and manage day-to-day operations, ensure the efficiency of workflows, and optimize processes within the hospital. The responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating with department heads, supervising teams, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. The candidate will implement strategies to maintain service excellence and operational efficiency while adhering to compliance standards and financial goals.

• Strong expertise in Operations Management, including optimizing workflows, resource planning, and driving efficiency
• Analytical Skills with the ability to evaluate data and make data-driven decisions
• Team Management skills, with experience in leading, mentoring, and motivating diverse teams
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder management and collaboration
• Proven ability in Budgeting, including financial planning and cost control
• Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or hospital management is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
