Online Reputation And Digital Intelligence Team Leader

Chasseur Cyber Solutions is looking for an experienced Online Reputation & Digital Intelligence Team Leader to lead our growing Reputation Intelligence division.

If you have strong expertise in Online Reputation Management (ORM), SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AI-driven search ecosystems, digital intelligence, and team leadership, we'd love to hear from you.

✔ Lead and manage the ORM, SEO, GEO, and Digital Intelligence team

✔ Plan and execute reputation management strategies for business leaders, entrepreneurs, corporates, and public personalities

✔ Conduct advanced research in:

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
• AI Search Optimization
• AI Overview optimization
• Knowledge Panels
• Digital Trust Signals

✔ Research emerging AI platforms including:

• ChatGPT
• Gemini
• Perplexity
• Claude
• Microsoft Copilot
• Google AI Overviews

✔ Develop innovative strategies for digital reputation enhancement and suppression of negative narratives through ethical SEO and content strategies

✔ Manage social media reputation across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms

✔ Prepare client reports, performance dashboards, sentiment analysis, and executive presentations

✔ Monitor digital conversations, news coverage, AI-generated content, and online reputation risks

✔ Train and mentor the ORM team while introducing new tools, automation, and best practices

✔ Coordinate with content writers, developers, PR teams, designers, and project managers

✅ 5+ years of experience in Online Reputation Management or Digital Marketing

✅ Strong knowledge of:

• ORM
• Advanced SEO
• GEO
• AI Search Optimization
• Google Search Console
• Google Analytics
• Ahrefs
• SEMrush
• Screaming Frog
• AI tools and automation platforms

✅ Hands-on experience with AI tools including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Grok, and Microsoft Copilot

✅ Excellent research and analytical skills

✅ Strong presentation and reporting abilities

✅ Experience in handling high-profile client accounts

✅ Leadership experience managing teams and delivering client projects

✔ Experience in Executive Reputation Management

✔ Understanding of Digital Risk Monitoring

✔ Knowledge of Crisis Communication and Reputation Recovery

✔ Experience with AI-driven workflows and automation

✔ Passion for continuous research and innovation in AI, search, and digital influence
